Service Level Agreement Inhoud

FP7 IRMOS also examined aspects of translation of ALS terms at the application level into resource-based attributes to bridge the gap between customer expectations and cloud provider resource management mechanisms. [14] [15] The European Commission has presented a summary of the results of various ALS research projects (from specifications to monitoring, management and implementation). [16] It is not enough to create ALS once. Each organization is subject, over time, to changes affecting the agreements reached, which are covered by one or more SLAs. ALS should therefore be assessed with some regularity. If it turns out that the content of ALS no longer corresponds to the actual performance of the services described in it, the service must be re-corrected to the agreed level or the ALS must be adapted. An adaptation of the agreements in an ALS can be initiated by the supplier and the customer by submitting a request for change (RFC) (see Figure 2). If necessary, the supplier can propose a change by offering a new ALS concept directly to the customer. Uptime is also a common metric that is often used for data services such as shared hosting, virtual private servers and dedicated servers. General agreements include network availability percentage, operating time, number of planned maintenance windows, etc. Service Level Agreement (SLA): agreement between a service provider and a surgical level agreement (OLA): an agreement between a service provider and another part of the same Etpinning Contract (UC): agreement between a service provider and an external provider, z.B infrastructure ALS is an agreement, usually written, between a provider and a customer of certain services and/or products (see Figure 1). In addition to the description of the services to be provided, an ALS also contains the rights and obligations of the supplier and the customer with respect to the agreed level of quality (level of service) of the services and/or products to be provided (services).

[3] Great service. Get or tune. We all want it, because that is what makes the difference. A Service Level Agreement (SLA) can help. What do you mean? You can read it below. The main point is to create a new level for the grid, cloud or SOA middleware, capable of creating a trading mechanism between service providers and consumers. For example, the EU-funded Framework SLA@SOI 7 research project[12]explores aspects of multi-level, multi-supplier slas within service-based infrastructure and cloud computing, while another EU-funded project, VISION Cloud,[13] has delivered results in terms of content-based ALS.
